The Ladies’ Automatic Nautilus in stainless steel, enhanced with a diamond-set bezel, now makes an even bolder impression thanks to its slightly increased diameter of 35.2 mm (previously 33.6 mm). Patek Philippe has also refreshed the dial colour palette, offering blue opaline, silvery opaline, and grey opaline - each subtly darkening to black at the edges for added visual depth.

The stainless steel bracelet is equipped with a fold-over clasp featuring a newly developed adjustment system, allowing the wearer to extend the bracelet by 2 to 4 mm for enhanced comfort and flexibility.
