Patek Philippe masterfully reimagines Reference 5374 - an exquisite fusion of two highly coveted grand complications - in a new platinum Haute Joaillerie edition, featuring a blue-lacquered dial. The case, with its graceful interplay of curves, is adorned with baguette-cut diamonds arranged in a radiant geometric motif. The concave bezel, set with a double row of baguette diamonds, forms a flawless circle. The dial flange is similarly embellished with baguette diamonds, while the hour markers are set with baguette-cut blue sapphires. This distinctive design creates an “amphitheatre” effect around the dial, lending it remarkable visual depth.

The harmonious layout of the perpetual calendar indications, displayed via hands and set against the blue-lacquered dial with a black-gradient edge, is particularly striking.

At its heart lies the self-winding mechanical Calibre R 27 Q, equipped with a minute repeater mechanism that chimes on two “cathedral” gongs. These gongs, coiled nearly twice around the movement, produce a deep and resonant tone.
