Launched in 2010 in two white gold versions, the Annual Calendar Reference 5205 is distinguished by its arc-shaped apertures displaying the day, date, and month. In 2022, Patek Philippe reinterpreted this model in a bold and contemporary colourway. The case stands out with its concave bezel, recessed flanks, and openworked lugs - a sophisticated design entirely hand-polished by the artisans of the Manufacture.
The olive green dial is brought to life by a sunburst finish and a subtle black gradient around the periphery. The calendar apertures in the upper half of the dial ensure optimal legibility, with a rose gold frame at 12 o’clock drawing attention to the most prominent indication - the date.
A sapphire crystal case back reveals the self-winding Calibre 324 S QA LU 24H, equipped with Patek Philippe’s patented Annual Calendar mechanism. This ingenious complication requires just one manual adjustment per year, at the end of February.
