Patek Philippe revisits its in-line perpetual calendar, Reference 5236P, with a vintage-inspired opaline rose-gilt dial, elegantly accented by charcoal grey white gold hands and applied hour markers.

At the heart of the timepiece is the ultra-thin, self-winding calibre 31-260 PS QL, equipped with a triple-patented additional module. It displays the day, date, and month in a single large aperture at 12 o’clock, accompanied by two circular apertures for the leap-year cycle and day/night indication, as well as a moon-phase display.

The sophisticated platinum case, entirely hand-polished, is distinguished by a diamond set at 6 o’clock.
