The fully polished rose gold case stands out with its gracefully curved, two-tier lugs. To maintain the watch’s refined aesthetic, Patek Philippe has replaced the traditional local time adjustment pushers on the left side of the caseband with an innovative, patented crown-operated correction mechanism.

The navy blue dial, adorned with hand-applied rose gold hour markers, is elevated by contrasting surface finishes.
