First introduced in 2017, this model made history as the first minute repeater to always chime local time.

The caseband and minute repeater slide are adorned with a hand-guilloched hobnail pattern, a signature of Patek Philippe’s craftsmanship. Skeletonised lugs offer an unobstructed view of this intricate guilloché work, further enhancing the watch’s artisanal appeal.
