A complication long cherished in ladies’ timepieces, the moon-phase display has held a special place since 2013 in Reference 7121J. Patek Philippe now offers a fresh interpretation of this mechanical ode, presenting it in a white gold case paired with a graceful blue dial, where the indications shine like stars against a night sky. The dial is further enhanced by a sunburst finish, creating delicate plays of light.

Emphasising the watch’s jewelled character, the Manufacture has adorned the bezel with a double row of 132 brilliant-cut diamonds, set using the exclusive and intricate Dentelle gemsetting technique.

At the heart of this jewellery timepiece beats the manually wound mechanical Calibre 215 PS LU - Patek Philippe’s smallest complicated movement - allowing the watch to retain its refined 33mm case diameter and delicate elegance.
