In tribute to an iconic Grande Complication, Patek Philippe presents a jewellery interpretation of its chronograph with perpetual calendar, Reference 5271, now adorned with 80 baguette-cut blue sapphires (totalling 5.16 carats). This striking aesthetic is beautifully complemented by a lacquered blue dial with a black-gradient rim and a glossy black alligator leather strap, finished with contrasting blue stitching.
At the heart of this timepiece beats the calibre CH 29-535 PS Q - a manually wound movement showcasing traditional architecture, including a column wheel and horizontal toothed-wheel clutch. It also incorporates six patented chronograph innovations and an exceptionally slim perpetual calendar mechanism.
